Healing Within Academy™ provides faith-based education, personal development, coaching instruction, and practical learning resources.

Our offerings do not establish a therapist-client relationship and do not replace licensed mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Seek qualified professional assistance when needed.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase an offering unless a program expressly permits participation by minors with appropriate parent or guardian consent.

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use unless a group license is expressly provided. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Enrollment & Course Access

Your enrollment includes only the services, materials, and access described for the offering at the time of purchase.

Access duration, completion requirements, instructor support, live sessions, and downloadable resources vary by program. Self-paced enrollment does not include private coaching or unlimited instructor support unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and any software identified as necessary for participation.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Prices, payment schedules, refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, and subscription renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. Review these details before completing enrollment.

Unless otherwise identified, Academy lessons, videos, recordings, guides, workbooks, graphics, and other original materials belong to Healing Within Transformation Center LLC or their respective owners.

Enrollment grants you a limited, nontransferable right to access and use the included materials for your personal learning during the stated access period.

7. Respectful Participation & Community Privacy

Participate respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, impersonation, and unlawful conduct are prohibited.

Do not post confidential client records or identifying information about other people without appropriate authorization. Do not copy or share another participant’s story, image, comments, or contact information without permission.

Community spaces are shared learning environments. We cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential. Share personal experiences thoughtfully.

You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant us permission to display and process them as needed to operate the course or community. This permission does not authorize us to use your name, image, or testimony in public advertising without separate permission.

8. Live Sessions & Recordings

When a live session will be recorded, recording information will be provided before participation. Any planned sharing of recordings and available participation alternatives will be explained in the session notice.

Participants may not independently record, publish, or distribute sessions without written permission.

9. Results & Personal Responsibility

We do not guarantee income, employment, business success, professional opportunities, healing, or specific spiritual or personal outcomes.

Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences. Your results may differ based on your participation, circumstances, and application of the material.

You are responsible for your decisions and for using the information appropriately.

Our services may use or link to third-party learning platforms, payment processors, websites, or tools. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not control third-party services or guarantee their availability, accuracy, or performance.

11. Availability & Program Changes

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update content to improve accuracy or the learning experience. If a change materially affects a purchased offering, we will provide notice and address your access or available remedies consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.
